Box Tops For Education

Would you throw away a dime?

Certainly not…… but every time you throw away or recycle packaging with a Box Tops for Education Label still attached – it’s like throwing ten cents in the trash!

Box Tops for Education has helped America's schools earn over $400 million for things they need, from books and computers to playground equipment. By participating, we are doing what we can, as consumers and parents, to help our children's education.

Last year the families at R.B.E.S. collected over 10,000 Box Tops! That means we made over ONE THOUSAND dollars for our school.  This year, our goal is to exceed $1,000.00

Here are easy, everyday ways you can help:

Clip — Clip Box Tops from participating products brands such as Cheerios, Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Ziploc, Hefty, and many more. Each one is worth 10¢ when our school redeems them from Box Tops for Education. Find a complete list of participating products at

When cutting out box tops, don't worry about cutting around exact edges- rough edges and ripped tops are accepted- the quality is not as important as the quantity! Just be careful not to cut off the expiration date.

What should you do with the Box Tops once you’ve clipped them? How are they collected?

  • collection sheets – Special collection sheets are sent home 2-3 times per year. You can attach your Box Tops to these handy collection sheets with glue or tape and return to your child’s teacher.
  • box top days- Two times a year (October + February) we have a Special Box Tops Collection Day when children bring all of their collected Box Tops in at lunch to earn Panther Points! (1st date: Oct. 5th)
  • collection box- Any time during the school year, you or your child can also place Box Tops in the Box Tops collection box on the table outside the main office.

Shop online — Shop at your favorite online stores through the Box Tops Marketplace ( Up to 15% of your purchase total is automatically donated to our school, at no additional cost to you. Plus, you’ll get exclusive Box Tops deals and discounts!

Read — Buy books online through the “Reading Room”, a partnership between Box Tops and Barnes and Noble. Our school receives up to 6% of qualifying purchases.
